About Me

Autumn Barr is the Founder of Equinox Strategic Solutions, where she helps individuals and organizations navigate adversity by aligning strategy with authenticity, healing with action, and purpose with momentum.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, healthcare IT, big tech, business development, operations,sales, and executive leadership. Autumn has worked with organizations including Microsoft, Accenture, Quest Diagnostics, and Veridigm (formerly Allscripts).  She led compliance, operations and business development for an interventional psychiatry practice, combining systems thinking with a deep unferstanding of human behavior and organizational growth - from the ground up.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Trauma Informed Life Coach and Certified Business Consultant. Additionally, Autumn has over 20 years of experience helping businesses solve complex problems, while spending a lifetime overcoming adversity.

In 2023, Autumn founded Equinox Strategic Solutions to bridge the gap between personal transformation and practical strategy.  Her work integrates trauma-informed coaching, business consulting, leadership development, and behavioral insight to help people build lives and businesses that are sustainable, aligned and deeply fulfilling.
